FAQ
We have been planning different scenarios for several weeks now to be able to open as soon as possibly but responsibly. We comply with the 5-Step-Plan provided by experts from the TU Munich and IST Institute Düsseldorf. The plan covers the abovementioned additional cleaning services and minimum distance regulations, amongst others.
Additionally, we will follow through whatever regulations will be ordered by the authorities of the specific federal states as soon as these are publicised. The most important aspect to us, is that you can work out healthily and safely and our employees can do their job in a safe environment. If you wish to know more, you can have a read here: gesundheit-braucht-fitness.de
We have been productively working behind the scenes and developed a display showing the usage capacity of all our clubs. Under https://visits.evofitness.de, you can check the amount of people training in your club at any time and decide when you want to come in for your workout. Hereby, we want to avoid queues in the entrance area as best as possible. Generally, we recommend that, especially in these difficult times, you come for your workout outside our peak times (17-21h).
The maximum capacity for each club is currently based on the guidelines of the TU Munich and IST Institute Düsseldorf. If these change in the different states, we will adapt the maximum capacity for your safety and that of our employees.
In this aspect we have also gone through different scenarios. We will aim to ensure a safety distance of about 2 metres between different training equipment. Such is the recommended minimum safety distance recommended in most states. Due to this regulation, some of the equipment will be out of service in our clubs, which we will mark visibly. Please do not use any equipment marked out of service. This measure ensures that the minimum distance of 2 metres during a workout can be kept.
The regulation on safety distance has been implemented in all EVO clubs. Here, we too must await and comply with the specific regulations of the different states. We then kindly ask you, as with any other shop, to please comply with the measures to ensure safety distances and a healthy training for everyone.
Our club managers and trainers have been educated in this new matter and will ensure that all disinfectant dispensers on the training floor are refilled, that hygiene measures are complied with, and that you always have a go-to person for your questions. Depending on what regulations will be ordered, we have ensured that all safety equipment will be there in time. Additionally, we will base our studio processes on the 5-Step-Plan developed by the TU Munich and IST Institute Düsseldorf, in order to keep the risk for everyone at a minimum. Please note that our employees are not constantly present in the clubs. Therefore, your compliance and solidarity with these measures and regulations is of utmost importance, also out of respect and for the safety of our members, guests, and employees.
Who belongs to the high-risk group? People 60 years or over and people with obesity, diabetes, coronary heart diseases, heavy asthma or lung diseases, liver disease or immunosuppression. These members have a higher risk for a severe course of COVID-19. If you belong to this group, we advise that you wait a few more weeks until you resume your training in the club. You can pause your membership free of charge during this time. Meanwhile, we will, of course, be available for any questions concerning training, online coaching, the possibility of outdoor personal training or other related issues.
