We're sorry to see you go and thank you for your time with us. If you'd like to cancel your membership, please visit myEVO or fill out the form below, and we'll process your cancellation as soon as possible. If you ever decide to rejoin the EVO community in the future, our doors are always open to you.

Cancel membership

After entering your details, you will immediately receive confirmation of receipt of your cancellation by email. We will then review your request as quickly as possible and send you an official cancellation notice stating the date of termination.

Cancel or pause your membership via MyEVO

You can also cancel or pause your membership directly via your personal myEVO account. Once your cancellation has been received via myEVO, it will take effect immediately and you don't need to do anything else. Your cancellation date will be displayed in your membership account.
