MEMBERSHIP
After registering, you will immediately receive an access code via SMS and email. With this code you have 14 days access to the club. You should pick up your membership bracelet at the club within these 14 days.
You will receive your membership bracelet from a member of staff at the club when you register. On our club pages you can see the attendance times of the club managers on the respective days. If you have any questions, you can contact them at any time by email or WhatsApp.
As a member, you can make unlimited use of all clubs during the full opening hours.
The registration fee includes a personal trainer session lasting about 45 minutes. In this session we will bring you closer to our training concept, introduce you to the equipment individually and advise you on the right start. We also give you important tips for developing a sustainable training routine. Your membership bracelet is also included in the registration fee.
Unfortunately, your membership bracelet can no longer be used once your membership has expired. If you wish to resume your membership, you must register online again and activate a new membership bracelet in your MyEVO account.
With our day passes, you can also use EVO Studios as a non-member. If you are interested in a membership, you can also take a look at our studios together with our club managers during a free trial session.
You can pause your contract for up to 3 months. Simply log into MyEVO and choose the number of break months. No membership fee will be debited during this time. Please note that the paused months are added to your minimum term.
Of course! For every person you refer who signs up using your link, you will receive a free month. You can find your referral link in your MyEVO account.
Please log in via your MyEVO account to view your membership details. You can also submit your cancellation here. Please note that this is the only channel for this.
Members under the age of 18 require the consent of their legal representatives to conclude the contract. To become a member, the person must have reached the age of 16. A declaration of consent can be downloaded here.
As part of our Workout Buddy promotion, you can bring a friend to EVO every Friday free of charge. Please check with your club manager for the correct promotion periods.
We do not currently offer food supplements, snacks or drinks in the club.
You can simply download the EVO Fitness app free of charge from your smartphone’s app store. Sign up and access all functions such as training plans, challenges and partner discounts.
Moving house is not an extraordinary reason for termination, so we cannot offer a special right of termination. Alternatively, we are happy to offer you a transfer of your membership to another person under existing conditions. Please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
MEMBERSHIP FEES
If this happens, you will receive an SMS with a corresponding message. Please check the expiration date of your card first. If this is not the reason for the rejection, please contact your credit card provider to clarify the following questions, for example: 1) Has your card been activated for online payments? 2) Have you exceeded your card limit or the limit for internet transactions?
Yes, simply log in to MyEVO and you can access an overview of all your payments and invoices.
The monthly membership fees are always due in advance on the first of the month.
You can pay for your membership either by credit card or direct debit.
To change your SEPA mandate, please send an email to info@evofitness.de.
CLUBS
Please visit our trainer page. There you can book your desired trainer directly or ask to be contacted by a trainer. Payment is made with the respective personal trainer.
No, we currently do not offer group courses.
No, we don't have a wellness area ourselves. However, members of EVO LeFlair can use the sauna of the 25hour Hotel. All you have to do is show your members wristband at reception.
All EVO clubs are open every day from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. We are also open on weekends and all public holidays from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.

We currently offer still and sparkling water in all studios via our Trogge water dispensers.
Of course, all our EVO Clubs have a changing area with showers.
MYEVO
As soon as you are a member of EVO Fitness, you can log in to our customer area, MyEVO. Here's how you can manage your membership: update your contacts, book a private class, make payments, or manage your credit card or other payment details. Log into your MyEVO account easily on our website: You will find the link at the top right
Just click on this link and you will be automatically redirected to the MyEVO login page. Enter your email address and your password - which you entered when registering.
