YOUR CHIP
How do I get my wristband/chip?
You will receive your wristband/chip from your Club Manager on site. Please make an appointment for the handover.

Who is my club manager and when is he/she available on site?
If you want to contact your Club Manager personally, you can do so Monday - Friday.

YOUR TRAINING PLAN
How do I get a plan?
EVO will be happy to create a training plan for you and adapt it regularly to your progress. Please make an appointment with your Club Manager to have a plan drawn up for you.
MEMBER WRISTBAND
When and how do I receive my wristband?
You will receive your wristband from your club Manager at your club. Please make an appointment for the handover.

What is the WIFI password?
You will find free WIFI in our clubs.
WIFI access is possible without a password in our clubs in Hamburg and Berlin.
The password for our EVO Club in Düsseldorf is Fitnessevolved
EVO MEMBER APP
What can the app do and how do I get access?
The EVO Member App is your personal training companion for successful training. You can define your training plan there together with your Club Manager and find valuable inspiration for workouts and your training.
RECOMMEND EVO
Can I refer someone and what do I get?
Absolutely. Bring your workout buddy to EVO and receive one month's free training for every member who joins the EVO community through you. Give your training partner your personal referral code for registration on our website. You can find your code and the current offer for you and your training partner in your MyEVO account.

Here you will find some of the most important ones.
After registering, you will immediately receive an access code by SMS and e-mail. This code gives you access to the Club for 30 days. You should collect your membership wristband from the Club within this period.
You can pause your contract for up to 3 months. Simply log in to MyEVO and select the number of months you want to pause. No membership fee will be debited during this time. Please note that the paused months will be added to your minimum term.
Please log in to your myEVO account to view the details of your membership. You can also submit your cancellation here. Please note that this is the only channel for this.
Members under the age of 18 require the consent of their legal representatives to conclude the contract. To become a member, the person must have reached the age of 16. A declaration of consent can be downloaded here.
The monthly membership fees are always due in advance on the first of the month.
